Maintenance Manager – Plastics Manufacturing BSA Technology Orangeburg, NY 10962 The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily plant operations, manage production planning, and ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include implementing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting machinery issues, coordinating plant management activities, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Plant Management and Plant Operations skills Operations Management and Production Planning skills Manufacturing Operations skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with maintenance scheduling and preventive maintenance programs Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
