Pay Range:

$25•30 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 7:30 AM•4:00

PM Responsibilities:

Orchestrating Operations:

You’ll be the master scheduler, expertly coordinating both subcontractors and in-house personnel to keep projects on track.

Onsite Leadership:

Provide daily, impactful onsite supervision, guiding your team to success.

Accuracy Assurance:

Meticulously review material purchase orders for accuracy, ensuring resources are always optimized.

Project Kick-off:

Seamlessly handle all aspects of job setup, getting projects off to the right start.

Practical Expertise:

Step in to perform carpentry tasks and operate construction equipment (including lifts and front-end loaders) as needed, leading by example.

Clear Communication:

Effectively communicate and confirm all job requirements, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have 3+ years of prior supervisory experience within a construction or maintenance environment Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds safely Able to operate construction equipment, including lifts and front end loaders Must be able to skillfully juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
