Director Of Maintenance Healthcare Nursing of Glens Falls Glens Falls, NY A Health Care Facility is hiring a Director of Maintenance in Glens Falls , NY.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department and personnel Conduct routine inspections of the facility for safety, functionality, and aesthetics Assign and supervise maintenance staff duties and schedules Coordinate and ensure completion of all repair and maintenance tasks Manage vendor relationships and supervise contracted work Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, and warranties Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures Ensure compliance with all applicable State, Federal, and OSHA regulations Be available on-call for emergency maintenance issues

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in general maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry) Prior supervisory experience in a healthcare setting High school diploma or equivalent (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software tools Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure This is a full-time, leadership-level opportunity at a facility that prioritizes resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
