Maintenance Supervisor / CDLB Driver 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Wyalusing, PA 18853 Position Overview We’re looking for a hardworking, self-sufficient individual to take on a dual-role as both a Property Maintenance Supervisor and a CDL-B Construction Material Delivery Driver . This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in well-maintained properties, and enjoys being on the road delivering critical materials to job sites.

Key Responsibilities Property Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

Perform day-to-day maintenance at residential and/or commercial properties Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance

CDL-B Material Delivery Duties:

Operate CDL-B truck to deliver construction materials to project sites Load and unload materials (manual or with equipment) Ensure timely, safe, and accurate deliveries Inspect vehicle daily and maintain delivery logs Coordinate with office and field crews to meet project timelines Assist with materials organization when not delivering Required Qualifications Valid CDL-B license with clean driving record 2+ years of general maintenance experience (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, tight spaces) Strong time management and communication skills Reliable, self-directed, and able to prioritize competing tasks Must be comfortable splitting time between fieldwork and driving
