We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor with experience in electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems. This position is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of equipment and systems critical to daily production.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment used in the paper converting process. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and ensure minimal downtime by implementing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve potential equipment issues. Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance work areas. Oversees all maintenance activities within a facility, ensuring equipment uptime, compliance with safety regulations, and efficient operation. Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans, schedule repairs, and prioritize work orders to minimize disruption to production.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification is a plus. Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in a maintenance role, in a manufacturing or paper converting environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems (motors, PLCs, wiring) and mechanical systems (pumps, conveyors, gearboxes). Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call, as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a production environment that may involve heat, noise, and dust.
