Salary:

$60,000 – $66,500 yearly + quarterly bonus potential Responsibilities include: Hands-on maintenance of grounds, building interior and equipment Supervising/Leading a team of housekeepers Successfully negotiates & coordinates with outside vendors Performs preventative maintenance and repairs (light construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Position requires working hands-on maintenance approximately 80% of the time Qualifications include: 4 years of solid maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record Light construction, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills Commercial laundry/housekeeping experience is a plus HVAC certification preferred Why work with IntegraCare at Glen Mills Senior Living?
