Manufactured Home Communities Location:

Erie, PA Job Type:

Full-Time We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee and manage the maintenance operations for three manufactured home communities in Erie, PA .

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain all aspects of community infrastructure, including plumbing and electrical systems . Coordinate and supervise outside contractors performing property maintenance and repairs. Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance as needed, including home turnovers and general home repairs. Ensure that all homes and common areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and functional condition. Monitor and maintain property grounds, utilities, and common facilities. Work closely with the management team to support community goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in plumbing and electrical work . Strong knowledge of home repair and maintenance tasks. Experience overseeing contractors and managing maintenance projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – a self-starter . Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized. Prior management or supervisory experience is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team .

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks. Availability for occasional emergency/on-call duties.
