Job Description

Job DescriptionIngram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Planner to contribute to our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg,PA. This person performs a variety of functions within the Facility. Plans and coordinates work orders, parts, inventory, Bin consolidation, Kitting, Preventative Maintenance (PMs), and vendors/contractors. Ensures accuracy in maintenance data through auditing processes. Reviews quotes for validity/pricing and enters them into the work order system to maintain the plant/equipment. Plans and schedules maintenance activities, ensuring equipment, machinery, and other assets are regularly maintained to prevent breakdowns and downtime.

Schedules Available:

Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p OT may be required when needed

Pay:

$29 and up, Depending on experience

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED3 years of experience in building and facility maintenance2 years of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC2 years of experience directing outside contractors

Preferred Qualifications:

General understanding of facility equipmentMechanically InclinedAble to sit and stand during shift

What You’ll Do:

Strong organizational and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software.

Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processesAbility to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Strong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Knowledge of organization, operating procedures and policies of the company’s applications (Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook programs) Oral and written communication skills up to a high school levelAbility to be flexible/multi-task based on workflow demands.

Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.

Ability to receive and give information in a courteous manner over the telephone, via electronic communication or in person.

Ability to meet and maintain projects and deadlines.

Ability to maintain full time work schedule during normal company operating hours.

Ability to work independently or collaborate in a group environment.

Ability to prioritize and organize work based on demand.

Ability to bring a task to closure.

Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.

Essential Physical DemandsAbility to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50 lbs. during the assigned shift – up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Ability to push/pull in a manufacturing environment up to 50 lbs. to push during the assigned shift.

Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.

Ability to bend, twist/turn, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.

Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required.

Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work.

Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time.

Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time.

Ability to operate computer equipment, including keyboard and monitor, phone equipment and other necessary office equipment
