Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager will perform allmaintenance duties at the Genesis corporate campus in KennettSquare, PA.

• Make recommendations for the maintenance and repair ofthe physical plant, equipment, grounds, life safety codecorrections.
• Obtain and/or review estimates for certain repairsand renovations of the physical plant and physical plant’sstationary equipment.
• Provide input for both capital and operatingbudgets.
• Survey to insure preventative maintenance programs arebeing adhered to and for general maintenance and upkeep of thecampus and equipment.
• Perform necessary repairs and/orreplacements as directed, when the expertise required is above thecapabilities of in-house maintenance staff.
• Monitor progress ofwork through written reports as necessary.
• Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of policies and procedures to beused in the Maintenance Department at the corporate campus.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• RelatedTechnical School degree and/or five years’ experience in physicalplant repairs, maintenance, and mechanical systems.
• Experience inmanagement and training of maintenance personnel.
