Maintenance Manager Confidential Columbia, PA 17512
Function:
The maintenance manager will oversee all aspects of equipment and facility maintenance. With the aid of management, this role is responsible for creating preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repair managing maintenance staff, and supporting production goals through minimal equipment downtime.
Shift:
Mon-Thursday 7:00am- 4:30pm & Friday 7:00 am – 11:00 am
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and setup personal. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. Create and implement maintenance procedures, including preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. Work safely and ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs. Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary. Manage spare part inventory, vendor relationships and maintenance related purchasing. Participate in continuous improvement activities and lead CI projects when necessary. Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance. Previous managerial experience is required (2+ minimum). Good understanding of the technical features of industrial machinery, electrical wiring (120-480V), mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Competent computer skills.

$95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
