Service Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1690 Rohrerstown Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601 Tri-State Trailer Sales is seeking a Service Department Manager to join our team in Lancaster, PA! Tri-State Trailer Sales is a leading provider in the trailer sales and service industry, with four full-service dealerships across Pittsburgh, Lancaster, Hubbard, and Cincinnati. We specialize in a variety of trailers, including petroleum and liquid commodity tanks, and are committed to meeting the needs of the trucking industry through quality service and extensive parts availability. Prior supervisor/supervisory/management experience in the transportation/heavy equipment field OR automotive field with a focus on maintenance is mandatory .
Responsibilities:
Motivate and manage the service department Write estimates for customers Managing mechanics and their work in progress Handle customer inquiries and keep them informed on their repairs Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in service management Outstanding customer service skills Proficient computer skills Organized and detail oriented Ability to prioritize and multitask managing daily work activities of semi-trailer mechanics and support staff Positive and professional demeanor with team-player winning attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits

Experience:
