Maintenance Manager Leclerc Foods 44 Park Dr, Montgomery, PA 17752 Position Summary Leclerc Food is seeking an innovative and passionate Maintenance Manager to oversee our Montgomery plant. This key leadership role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians and shaping strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of both cutting-edge and legacy equipment. Oversee Maintenance Activities:

Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards by overseeing maintenance activities and program implementation.

Team Development:

Recruit, develop, and guide the maintenance department, ensuring team members have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.

Strategic Development:

Develop and direct departmental strategy based on the Maintenance Pyramid outcomes to improve line efficiencies and achieve business objectives.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Review breakdowns on sites and implement proactive actions and strategies to prevent recurrence.

Budget Management:

Develop the maintenance budget and manage costs related to repairs and spare parts.

Process Optimization:

Lead the optimization of maintenance processes and methods to reduce production line downtime.

Monitor KPIs:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, analyze data, and implement corrective measures if necessary.

Collaboration:

Collaborate and communicate with other plant management team members on various technical and key performance issues.

Continuous Improvement:

Pursue improvement opportunities and provide technical support for capital improvements.

Experience Educational Background:

Possess a college studies diploma in a related field such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Relevant Experience:

7 to 10 years of relevant experience combining technical and management roles, preferably in a food manufacturing or fast-paced environment.

Unionized Environment:

Previous experience in a unionized environment is an asset.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Required Skills Problem-Solving:

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.

Budget Management:

Strong budget management skills and the ability to effectively manage resources.

Communication:

Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent judgment, strong sense of ethics and integrity, and result-oriented.

Leadership:

Proven track record of planning, organizing, implementing, and inspiring the adoption of programs and processes. #100
