Supervise and lead a team in maintaining the community’s outdoor spaces year-round Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, snow removal tools, and landscaping machinery Design and care for flower beds, lawns, trees, and shrubs Oversee seasonal tasks like leaf removal and outdoor holiday decorating Maintain safety standards for the community pool and grounds Collaborate with the maintenance team and outside contractors as needed Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on grounds keeping equipment and vehicles What do I need in the role of Grounds and Maintenance Lead? Minimum 3 years of grounds/landscape maintenance experience At least 1 year of general maintenance experience Valid driver’s license in good standing Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to operate snowplows, riding mowers, and other landscaping equipment Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings, weekends, and holidays Why choose Morningstar Living?
