The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR / ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER
Greeting and assisting customers with service write up Handling incoming and outgoing appointment setting and service calls Assisting Service team with day to day operations of the department Reviewing repairs and invoices with customer and collecting payment as needed Complete follow up as directed with guests for Customer Surveys Ensure proper documentation is completed to comply with regulations and standards Generate service repair orders Motivate Service Technicians Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills Make recommendations based on time and mileage Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
