Plant Maintenance Manager Position Available In Schuylkill, Pennsylvania

Plant Maintenance Manager Kane Partners LLC Pottsville, PA 17901 A leading manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across two facilities. This individual contributor role oversees strategic planning and day-to-day execution of equipment upkeep, preventative maintenance, and team development in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team across two sites
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
• Oversee calibration and upkeep of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor contracts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Finance teams

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing (food industry a plus)
• Experience with high-speed equipment and CMMS systems required
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and boilers a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites

Work Conditions:

• Office, warehouse, and production floor environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (or 100 lbs with assistance)
• PPE required; exposure to cold, wet, or loud conditions This is a dynamic opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a significant impact across multiple production facilities.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
