Maintenance Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars McMurray, PA 15317 Maintenance Manager-37566-PHH(MAINT) Paramount Health Resources located in McMurray, PA Paramount Health Resources is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee property responsibilities across 10 locations within 5 states: PA, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, and Delaware.
Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance operations and supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as electrical and/or mechanical engineering or facilities management. Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP). Progressive experience in maintenance operations and supervisory roles. A construction management background is preferred but not required. Technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems, equipment maintenance, and repair procedures. Familiarity with OSHA, building codes, and Healthcare standards. Paramount is an equal opportunity employer
