What You’ll Do Lead daily operations of the Maintenance Department. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations. Oversee groundskeeping, snow removal, and general upkeep. Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for maintenance supplies. Train and supervise maintenance staff. Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and painting preferred.
