Maintenance Manager SPG Capital Hanover, PA 17331 Maintenance Manger SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central, PA and Northern, MD. Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned aspects of property maintenance, including the timely completion of resident work orders, supervision of maintenance staff and subcontractors, and coordination of repair and preventive maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring high standards of resident satisfaction and property upkeep: Monitor and manage incoming resident work orders Schedule and ensure timely completion of all resident work orders Prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance technicians and subcontractors Assist with hands-on completion of maintenance tasks as needed Track and review the progress of work orders to ensure timely resolution Maintain clear and responsive communication with property managers and residents regarding work order statuses Supervise, train, and support maintenance technicians to ensure quality performance Participate in and help coordinate a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs Monitor inventory and purchases of maintenance supplies Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong knowledge of residential property maintenance and building systems Proven experience in maintenance roles, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Excellent communication and customer service skills Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
