General Manager Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the clubhouse, including all facilities and equipment. This role ensures that high standards of quality are maintained throughout the clubhouse premises for the benefit of members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance staff. Ensure the Club property, amenities and facilities, and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all clubhouse equipment and facilities. Coordinate with subcontractors for repairs and maintenance as needed. Manage inventory and order maintenance supplies. Set up and break down equipment for events, including tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. Train and mentor new maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role. Knowledge of building, and HVAC maintenance. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Ability to work in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
