We’re looking for a dedicated Dual Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and functionality of Hotel Richemont and Post House , ensuring both operate with excellence from the inside out. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Perform and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections across both properties including guestrooms, public spaces, kitchens, back-of-house areas, and exterior grounds Lead and supervise any maintenance team members or contractors to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to safety protocols Prioritize and complete daily maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring prompt response to guest and team requests Maintain a clean, organized, and secure maintenance shop; safeguard tools, equipment, and property assets Monitor and ensure the safe use of chemicals and hazardous materials, in compliance with safety protocols Routinely inspect both properties for cleanliness, appearance, and safety, reporting and resolving concerns quickly Handle ordering of supplies and maintaining necessary inventory levels Partner with hotel leadership to support housekeeping needs, capital improvement planning, and seasonal projects Maintain up-to-date maintenance logs, documentation, and equipment manuals Represent the Indigo Road values in all guest and team interactions, maintaining professionalism and warmth at all times Participate in leadership meetings and property walkthroughs Support general cleanliness and safety efforts in coordination with housekeeping and front desk teams Step in to assist with light housekeeping, public area upkeep, or room setup as needed Ensure all maintenance and guest concerns are addressed in a timely and thorough manner Follow Lost and Found and property safety protocols
Requirements:
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in general building maintenance, engineering, or facilities management Specialized knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and equipment mechanics Strong communication and multitasking skills Proven leadership ability and self-direction—especially in a multi-property environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented, with great judgment and professionalism Highly organized, efficient, and proactive Requirements for
Success:
Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including weekends and on-call support as needed Able to stand and walk 90% of the time Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Comfortable ascending/descending stairs, ladders, and ramps Ability to receive detailed information and express/exchange ideas through oral and written communication
