Installation Manager AirMill Charleston, SC Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing locally owned business. AirMill LLC rents temporary HVAC systems to residential and commercial construction sites. Installation of a system typically takes 4-8 hours and removal takes 2 hours. Each system gets a filter change and a system check once a week. We are planning to operate 50 units in the greater Charleston area in 2025. Check out AirMillAC.com We are seeking a self motivated team leader who can perform system installations and removals (light construction work) as well as site inspections (basic HVAC trouble shooting), pricing estimates (meeting with contractors on site), and manage a small team for installations and removals. Compensation is based on a clear pay ladder that ties experience, skills and equipment to hourly pay. Are you in construction and looking to break out on your own? Requirements:

Drivers License Truck or SUV that can tow a 1,000 lb trailer. 2″ hitch. Truck or SUV that can cary 2 full sheets of plywood Ability to measure and make cuts with power saws safely Ability to use a drill and other power & hand tools Ability to lift 50lbs off the ground, walk up stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
