is hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician in the Charleston, SC area.
JOB ROLE/SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled technician who can perform necessary repairs to commercial buildings. Duties include but are not limited to: drywall, painting, caulking, tile and flooring, masonry, operating heavy machinery (lifts) and carpentry.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD
– Will have access to a company vehicle
