Position Summary:
The Lead Maintenance Technician will oversee the maintenance and repair of pools and associated facilities for Aquatica Pools & Spas. This role involves ensuring the proper functioning and cleanliness of pools through regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities. About the

Objectives:
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily pool maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, chemical treatments, and deep cleaning. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities, identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all maintenance and repair activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and chemical usage. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Competencies:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members. In-depth knowledge of pool maintenance, including repairs, automation systems, equipment, and water chemistry. Proficient in mechanical and manual labor related to aquatic facilities. Ability to perform mathematical calculations for chemical treatments and ratios.
Preferred certifications:
CPO (Certified Pool Operator), NPC training, Orenda Training.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three years of experience in pool maintenance or related field. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to pool maintenance. Visual and auditory ability to interpret equipment readings and perform accurate recordkeeping. Commitment to
