• Handle incoming requests for repairs, equipment modifications,upgrades, retrofits, preventative maintenance etc.
• Collaboratively develop solutions working with mechanics,electricians, CNC & PLC programmers, engineers and field team.
• Source, purchase, and coordinate installation of parts.
• Identify and develop relationships with new suppliers,negotiate prices and terms.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Assign, rent and-or ship vehicles and specialty tooling basedon project needs.
• Schedule and coordinate field resources (engineers, techs, etc)to implement solutions.
• Input details into computerized tracking systems.
