The Role The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, managing service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy Develop and implement service strategies to achieve regional goals and objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to Service teams within the region. Collaborate with senior management to align service initiatives with company objectives. Team Management Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate career development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional service teams. Operational Excellence Ensure service teams deliver high-quality and timely services to customers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service performance and identify areas for improvement. Customer Satisfaction Act as a point of escalation for customer issues and complaints, ensuring swift resolution. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and expectations. Promote a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Reporting and Analysis Prepare and present regular reports on regional service performance to senior management. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Qualifications Proven track record of successful service leadership at a regional or equivalent level. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
