is hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician inthe Low Country, SC area.
JOB ROLE/SUMMARY
Role will cover thefollowing areas: Savannah, Hardeeville, Beaufort and Hilton Head.
Seeking a skilled technician who can perform necessary repairs tocommercial buildings. Duties include but are not limited to:drywall, painting, caulking, tile and flooring, masonry, operatingheavy machinery (lifts) and carpentry.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUGTEST MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD
-Will have access to a company vehicle
MUST HAVE GED

HIGH SCHOOLDIPLOMA BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS
(able to operate tablets/phone)
BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF POWER TOOLS/SAFETY WHEN HANDLING THEM BASICMECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE COMMUNICATION SKILLS PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLSCAN FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTION
Warehouse is based in the Summervillearea. Ability to travel daily between work sites. Savannah,Hardeeville, Beaufort and Hilton Head.
