ABOUT THE ROLE

Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance taskes,including inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs onbuilding systems, equipment and facilities. Assist in Identifyingthe root cause of equipment malfunctinos and determining necessaryreparis.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

Interact with all crew for equipment conditions and or processconcerns. Utilize SAP for part lookups, work order creation and equipmentBOM viewing. Maintenance crew expertise support and training. Troubleshoot issues, prioritize repairs and respond toemergencies depending on the specifiec role and setting. Direct Involvement in root cause of equipment malfunctions anddetermining necessary repairs. Order necessary parts and supplies for repairs. Assist as a contractor coordinator as needed. Blueprint and schematic reading. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving andadhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all workenvironments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibitthese behaviors. Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent or 10 years ofequivalent heavy industrial manufacturing experience.

Required Work Experience:

10 years of heavy industrial maintenanceexperience, cement plant experience preferred.

Required Computer and Software Skills:

SAP experiencepreferred.

Additional Requirements:

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols andproper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment(“PPE”), including but not limited to respirators. Employees thatare required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where therespirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative andquantitative fit tests.
