About the

Role:

As a Lead Industrial Multi-craft Maintenance Technician, you will be the cornerstone of our maintenance operations. Leading a team on 12-hour day or night shifts, you will ensure our state-of-the-art equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems will drive our success, while your leadership will inspire your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee and perform maintenance on advanced industrial equipment, including conveyors, hydraulic systems, and CNC machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to keep operations seamless.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams on process improvements and equipment enhancements.
Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a secure work environment.
Manage maintenance records, track work orders, and oversee parts inventory.
Spearhead the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
What You Bring to the

Table:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, PLCs, and CNC machinery.
Advanced PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
Strong electrical knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong technical acumen.
Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
