Provide direct leadership and supervision for hourly maintenance technicians.
Provide leadership and constructive feedback for all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and servo press manufacturing.
Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
Provide key input into the development of the department’s strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals.
This salary role is a part of our Maintenance Team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Required experience:
HS Diploma/GED required. Associate or higher degree preferred.
2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and/or servo press manufacturing.
