This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an expert in electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automation systems who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
? What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities during assigned shifts
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control systems (120 VAC / 24 VDC) and industrial sensors (laser, fiber optic, proximity, measurement sensors)
Execute PLC diagnostics and program edits (Allen-Bradley or equivalent) to minimize downtime
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic and mechanical systems, including circuits, valves, actuators, conveyors, gearboxes, and other equipment
Oversee the maintenance and repair of utilities systems, including air compressors
Support and modify robotic systems through point teaching and move adjustments (FANUC, ABB, or similar)
Perform welding (SMAW/Stick and/or
GMAW/MIG
) as needed for repairs or fabrication
Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic circuits and associated components
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance actions, PMs, and shift reports
Mentor and guide junior technicians and act as the technical point-of-contact on shift
What You Bring – All Skills Below Are Required
? Electrical & Controls
Expertise in control logic circuits (120VAC / 24VDC)
Strong working knowledge of industrial sensors (laser, fiber optic, proximity, measurement)
? Automation & Programming
Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs
Experience making program edits (Allen-Bradley preferred)
? Mechanical & Pneumatics
High-level skill in mechanical systems repair (bearings, belts, drives, conveyors, etc.)
Full competency in pneumatic circuit troubleshooting and component work
? Utilities, Robotics, Welding & Hydraulics
Strong understanding of air compressors, with ability to troubleshoot and repair
Experience with robotics: point teaching and editing robotic movements
Welding proficiency in SMAW/Stick or
GMAW/MIG
Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems
Qualifications
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or production environments
Experience in a lead or senior technician role preferred
Formal technical training (certificate, associate’s, or military) highly desirable
Must be able to work [insert shift], including overtime or weekend rotations as required
