The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance, leadership, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate maintenance activities in collaboration with Operations to ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and meets customer expectations. Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance mechanics in a 24/7 operational environment. Plan and manage preventive maintenance programs in compliance with corporate standards. Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Hire, train, and develop qualified maintenance personnel. Preferred Experience & Skills Experience in metal recovery, steel mill, or similar industrial environments. Strong background in heavy diesel equipment maintenance. Proven ability to manage budgets and maintenance planning. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the scrap/metal industry or with off-highway equipment.
