The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, managing a team of maintenance staff, and implementing effective maintenance strategies. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations. Maintain and oversee the upkeep of all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to repair requests. Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Oversee project management for maintenance-related projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Requirements Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance management.
