Schedule:

Monday•Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every other week Full Time•Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:

$24•$26/HR Yearly raises up to 5% Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year! On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call. $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Qualifications :

4+ years’ experience in maintenance including 3+ years’ experience in multifamily housing Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipes Extensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixtures Extensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience Painting and drywall patching experience Basic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi) Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting with 300+ units Ability to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasks Extensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Cert Required) Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
