$27.10/Hourly The Facilities Service Supervisoroversees the ongoing maintenance, upkeep, renovations, repairs, andfacility needs of their assigned region. Supervises the maintenancefunctions of specific facilities’ physical plants, equipment, andgrounds in order to provide a safe and clean environment that meetsall regulatory standards. This position will provide supervision ofmaintenance and housekeeping staff in their assigned region. Thisis a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
  • Oversee the work ordermanagement system for assigned region
  • Assign work orders to appropriate staff or vendor
  • Complete construction projects, renovation, safety, emergencymanagement, etc. as needed
  • Prepare reports for weekly update meetings with supervisor andRegional VP
  • Participate in regular departmental and committee meetings asassigned
  • Oversee day to day operations and tasks of assigned staff
  • Complete performance development process
  • Timecard management – approve time off requests and timesheets
  • Conduct regular training with in house staff with departmentrelated material
  • Communicate with Directors and Regional VP’s
  • Conduct inspections at all locations of assigned regions
  • Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the company andthe department
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
  • Oversee day to dayoperations and tasks of supervisees
  • Complete performance development/AIM process
  • Timecard Management – Manages time sheets
  • Ensures progress and development is made toward departmentalstrategic plan goals
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPOSURE RISK
  • Regularexposure to electrical energy hazards
  • Operating vehicles or machinery
  • High School/GED required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • At least two yearsof supervisory experience required
  • At least five years construction, safety, or managementexperience preferred
  • A valid drivers license at the time of hire along with agencyestablished minimum automobile coverage required
  • Must have a working knowledge of reading floor plans, NFPANational Building Codes, National Fire Codes, Local Building Codes,CARF, Medicare/Medicaid and OSHA requirements regarding safety andequipment
  • Must have a general knowledge of buildings, construction,remodeling, and project tracking achieved through specific trainingand/or experience
  • Must be able to multitask multiple projects, disciplines,environments and sites and work independently with mostly remoteaccess to supervisor along with possessing cognitive,organizational, and emotional ability and maturity to dealeffectively with multiple stressors, deadlines and difficultsituations
  • Must be able to regularly travel within their assigned region andattend trainings
