Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Expert Kingstree, SC On Site Join our team as a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Expert, where you’ll lead the strategy and execution of maintenance operations for a high-impact manufacturing site. This role offers hands-on ownership of SAP PM systems, Power BI analytics, and process improvements. Your key responsibilities Oversee all maintenance work orders, ensuring effective prioritization, planning, and execution aligned with site goals. Act as the site SME for SAP Plant Maintenance, manage data integrity, workflows, and train users to ensure system optimization. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, backlog, compliance, and resource planning, providing insights to improve performance. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning, ensuring clear scope, resourcing, materials, and safety measures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards. You bring Minimum of an associate’s degree (Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree) Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in planning & scheduling roles. Expert proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. Advanced skills in Power BI for dashboard development and data analytics. Strong knowledge of work order management, preventive/predictive maintenance, and MRO processes. Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive organizational change.
