The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, fabricating, and maintaining various systems and equipment, making it essential to have a solid understanding of schematics and logic controllers. Duties Supervise and lead maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards. Perform electrical repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. Fabricate components as needed to support operational requirements. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and systems, utilizing logic controllers for diagnostics. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Proficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in industrial settings. Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
