United States of America About The Role:

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings,industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Work underlimited supervision, monitors building system operations andperformance. Apply several trade skills such as carpentry,plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.

What You’ll Do:

We align with all applicable codes, regulations, governmentalagency and Company directives related to building operations andwork safety. Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, andplumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within designcapabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed byclient. Perform contracted work which includes landscaping, snowremoval, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning. Review assigned work orders. We estimate time and materialsneeded to complete repair. Orders’ materials and supplies to finishthe tasks. Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures aretaken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keepoperating costs at a minimum and maintains the building lightingsystem, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.

What You Will Need:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and aminimum of four years of related experience and/or trade schooltraining! Additional certificationin one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC andrefrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical powertransmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.

Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or statejurisdictions. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos andask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability toefficiently present information to an internal department and/orlarge groups of employees. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking,climbing stairs/ladders and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50lbs. or more.
