Maintenance Supervisor – The Ascent Apartments 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 2945 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207 We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and “can do” attitude. Strong organizational, verbal and written communicative skills. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; grounds, curb appeal; general plumbing; general electrical; drywall repair; grounds and appliance repair. Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility required. Rotation weekend on call is also required. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and car insurance. HVAC and CPO certification is required. The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in the Apartment industry as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. Must understand and uphold Fair Housing Guidelines.

To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
