Maintenance Supervisor Rock Point Real Estate Chattanooga, TN 37404 Rock Point Real Estate is seeking a motivated and proactive Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to serve at our apartment communities in Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN.

As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, you will be in charge of scheduling vendors, managing inventory and supply orders, and ensuring the maintenance team operates smoothly and efficiently. You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty and do what is needed to keep things running smoothly. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you’ll be guiding your team to deliver top-quality service while staying organized and ahead of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations Schedule and coordinate unit turnovers, vendor work, and preventative maintenance Manage inventory and order supplies Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Helps with work orders and turns Work closely with the Community Manager to maintain property quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or property management setting Several years of field experience in and around HVAC, light plumbing, electrical, and all aspects of property maintenance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to effectively lead and support a growing team Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies in the field of property management. Proficiency in property management software (Appfolio ) and Google Workspace. Commitment to providing top-tier service to residents Being able to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance calls This role demands a leader who takes full ownership!
