The Service Writer/Supervisor position is responsible for the effective management of work orders and supports the Service Manager in all efforts to drive service revenues, service profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Open and close work orders Frequent interaction with customers, customer satisfaction, upsell services, stay current on JD PIPS Monitor pick-up and delivery, all work in process, esure timely closings
