The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on both our facilities to ensure safety and functionality. Lawn care, landscaping and exterior care required for two facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related issues. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with staff and visitors regarding facility concerns. Lead small teams on specific maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and timelines. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Proficiency in electrical maintenance and repair techniques. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all facility users. Leadership abilities to guide teams during maintenance projects while fostering a collaborative environment.
