Qualifications for Superintendent
10+ years of Mechanical Contracting experience.
Three years of experience as a Superintendent.
Demonstrated success in progressive leadership roles with a stable work history.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training experience.
Excellent Communication Skills & Demonstrated Leadership Success.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
