Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best! Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates Here are some of the things you have already conquered! You have at least 2 years prior experience in effectively managing the maintenance needs of a community You’ve successfully lead a team for at least 1 year You’ve proven your ability to adapt to new technologies You have the ability to adapt to new technologies You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language You are able to use computers and related applications Have a sense of humor – seriously be funny!
