Responsibilities Include:
The Maintenance position oversees all maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant facility environment. This includes managing staff, conducting inspections, and maintaining building systems. Manage and supervise all maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Develop and follow maintenance schedules for equipment and systems Train and support maintenance staff Conduct routine inspections for necessary repairs or improvements Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and inventory Troubleshoot HVAC systems, electrical components, and low voltage systems Maintain records and prepare maintenance reports Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruption during maintenance activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and facilities management Proficiency in CMMS software Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools like voltmeters Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Church Hill Post Acute and Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer.
