The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pools and plumbing issues as they arise. Read and interpret schematics to facilitate repairs and installations. Fabricate parts as necessary to support maintenance operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Supervise maintenance staff when required, providing leadership and guidance in daily operations. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address maintenance needs promptly. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Leadership abilities to supervise a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Knowledgeable in maintaining various types of equipment and systems. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Experience in supervising maintenance personnel is a plus. Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is essential. Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks is preferred.
