We are searching for a talented Business Development Center Manager to help our Service team grow and meet customer demand. As a BDC Manager , you will manage a team that responds to and communicates with our customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, and customer-focused. You must be able to manage heavy call volume and keep your staff apprised of manufacturer service specials and incentives. Dealership experience is a plus; we use XTime and CDK. What will you be doing? Overseeing outbound and inbound customer phone calls. Ensure Internet leads are addressed in a timely manner via email and/or phone. Staff development and training Monitor appointments set for Service Department Ensure a positive customer experience Work with Service Manager and Service Advisors Strive to achieve KPIs and AOP Who are we looking for? Ability to manage a team. Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated Experience in automotive customer service or call center Strong communication skills -verbal and written Bi-lingual (ability to speak Spanish) a plus! $83,200.00 – $124,000.00 per year
