Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Field Installation Support Manager to join our Memphis team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in window and door installation who is passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, and team development. You’ll play a key role in supporting our installation crews, ensuring top-tier service, and maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation Expertise:

Serve as a subject matter expert in window and door installation, offering guidance and troubleshooting support to crews in the field.

Training & Development:

Lead training sessions for new hires and service technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and review installations to ensure they meet company standards and are completed on time.

Customer Relations:

Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Daily Operations:

Conduct morning meetings with service technicians to review schedules and priorities.

Tool & Vehicle Oversight:

Approve tool purchases and ensure company vehicles are properly maintained.

Scheduling & Recruitment:

Assist with scheduling goals and participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in window and door installation (required) Strong knowledge of construction practices and installation techniques Proven leadership and coaching abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
