The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in maintenance management. This role requires effective leadership skills to supervise a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance projects while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Director located in Memphis, TN. The Maintenance Director will oversee and manage all maintenance operations and repairs for the property, including carpentry, facility management, and maintenance management. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work orders, and maintaining the highest standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction. The Maintenance Director will also be responsible for developing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
