Your leadership will help provide a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep Respond to maintenance requests, including after-hours emergencies Supervise and train maintenance and custodial staff Manage the maintenance budget and supply inventory Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations Provide exceptional customer service to residents What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance Strong knowledge of HVAC (EPA certification required), electrical, plumbing, carpentry , and general building systems Experience with pool maintenance is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About Tanglewood Apartments Located in the heart of Memphis, Tanglewood Apartments offers thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with spacious layouts, fully equipped kitchens, and cozy living spaces.
