Shop Superintendent (Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication) AMiscellaneous Steel Fabricator in Memphis, TN is looking to add anew Shop Superintendent to their team. This well-established steelfabricator is partnered with a team of recruiters gpac, to findpremier steel fabrication talent to manage of shop of 20-30employees. As the Shop Superintendent, you will oversee all aspectsof shop operations, managing teams, and ensuring the highest levelof production efficiency. Shop Superintendent Responsibilities:

Oversee all production, maintenance, and quality assurance of theshop, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Developprocesses that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality andproductivity Coordinate the plant’s manufacturing processes toensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, andcustomer expectations.

Shop Superintendent Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for production output, product quality and on-timeshipping Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets toproduce optimal results Increase production, assets capacity andflexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintain currentquality standards

Shop Superintendent Skills:
